There are moments when we are called to pause, listen, and return to ourselves.

The New Moon invites us into a space of stillness, renewal, and new beginnings. A time to release what we no longer wish to carry and consciously plant our intentions for the new cycle ahead.

On this day, I invite you to sit in circle with other women for two hours of presence, connection, expression, and sharing.

A safe space where we can simply be — without judgement, without masks, and without expectations.

No previous experience is needed. Simply come with an open heart, ready to experience and receive whatever this moment may bring.

✨ NEW MOON ASTROLOGY

Each New Moon takes place in a particular zodiac sign, bringing different themes, energies, and possibilities for the new cycle.

With around three decades of study and experience in Astrology, during each Women’s Circle I will share astrological insights into the New Moon and the main energies of the month, helping us to better understand the moment we are moving through and how we can consciously work with its energy.

These insights will also help guide some of our reflections, our release ritual, and the intentions we choose to plant for the new cycle.

No previous knowledge or experience of Astrology is required.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT & ACCESS

The venue is easily accessible by both public transport and car.

By train: Santa Iria train station is approximately 10 minutes by train from Gare do Oriente, Lisbon.

From Santa Iria train station, there are buses that stop close to the venue.

Alternatively, you can walk from Santa Iria train station to Varanda Serena Academy in approximately 15 minutes.

By car: The venue has excellent road access, with convenient connections via the A1 and IC2. The IC2 provides a direct connection from the Parque das Nações / Expo area of Lisbon towards Santa Iria de Azóia, making the venue particularly easy to reach from Lisbon by car.

CONTRIBUTION FOR FREE EVENTS

For free events, participation is free of charge.

However, if you would like to contribute towards the costs involved in organising and promoting these events, a voluntary contribution of at least €2 would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on the type of event, you may also need to bring:

Yoga: Please bring your own yoga mat.

Full-day workshops and training courses: Please bring your own lunch or picnic, water, a notebook and a pen.
