Screening of the 4K restoration by The Academy Film Archive of the original cinema release. Wolfgang Amadeus' controversial relationship with his rival Antonio Salieri (1750 - 1825) drives this film. Salieri (F. Murray Abraham) relates how his place at court in Vienna was usurped by the highly talented, yet ill-mannered Mozart.
