Are you interested in learning more about the Vancouver Public Library? Discover how to use the library website, borrow eBooks, access newspapers and magazines online, explore upcoming events, and enjoy a guided tour of the Central Library. Priority is given to Permanent Residents, Protected Persons, individuals selected to become a Permanent Resident, and those who have received a letter from IRCC informing them of their eligibility. Elevator access to level 8 is available with the main elevators on level 2. The Montalbano Family Theatre has three wheelchair accessible spaces in the front row on the right hand side Alternate styles of seating may be available, if you require another type of chair, please email us.
