武道稽古会　martial arts practice event

English follows Japanese 皆様、こんにちは！ 新宿スポーツセンターで稽古会 やります。今回は空手、柔術、棒術 をやります。 興味あれば、連絡ください。 または直接参加ください！

【 稽古会】 日時：9/27日曜 09:00-10:00 ストレッチ 10:00-12:00 空手・柔術・棒術 場所：新宿スポーツセンター 第2武道場 個人利用 400円 https://www.shinjuku-sportscenter.jp/access/

参加者は、1階で待ち合わせです。 9時以降になっても参加できます。 目安として10時までに参加ください。 到着が9時以降になった場合は、 個人利用券を購入し、受付に提出して、 会場に直接来てください。

服装は自由です。 お時間合えば、是非ご参加下さい！

Date: ９／２７sun 09:00-10:00 stretching 10:00-12:00 Karate, Jujutu, stick_fighting Place：Shinjuku Sports Center 2nd Budojo for individual use entrance fee is ¥400 https://www.shinjuku-sportscenter.jp/access/

Participants will meet on the ground floor. if you delay to start time it's no problem you could join us until about 10 a.m. If you arrive there after start-time please purchase an ticket for individual use and submit it to the receptionist and come directly to the practice place
