About Tru ThoughtsTru Thoughts is an acclaimed independent UK record label founded in Brighton in 1999 by Robert Luis and Paul Jonas. Renowned for its diverse, international roster, the label spans a wide, genre-defying spectrum of electronic, hip-hop, funk, soul, jazz, grime and global sounds. Artists on the label, new and old, have included Quantic, Moonchild, Hot 8 Brass Band, Alice Russell, Flowdan, Bonobo, Ebi Soda, Tara Lily and many more.
