Variations for beginners and regulars are offered, with lots of hands-on adjustments, so all levels are welcome! The class consists of breathwork (pranayama), poses (asanas), and a short guided meditation (yoga nidra). The goal is that you leave the mat a little more peaceful than when the hour started ✨
