This witty coming-of-age film sees four teenage girls from Singapore become a secret gang as they rebel against a country that banned chewing gum and feeding pigeons. The rebellious outsiders play hard and fast with the rules in their overregulated world. Pre-film Prior to the screening of Amoeba , you will see the short film Izzy (5') by Yfke van Berckelaer from 2024, from the Eye collection. Izzy is stuck in a vicious circle of being ridiculed, rejected, ignored, and forgotten. But a little red glitter? That offers possibilities!
