THE COLOR OF MONEY
About the event
Newly restored, one of the best films of the ’80s is back on-screen. Starring a dream duo: Paul Newman reprising his role from THE HUSTLER as semi-retired pool shark Fast Eddie Felson, and Tom Cruise at his dimpled best as up-and-comer Vincent Lauria. Directed by Martin Scorsese at the peak of his considerable powers, shot by Michael Ballhaus and edited by Thelma Schoonmaker, this is what we call a great night at the movies.
