About the event
REACH builds relationships with people experiencing homelessness and connects them to the help that they need – everything from food and clothing to medical care, shelter, and mental health and/or substance use treatment. They respond to each client’s unique social and clinical needs. Their work embraces the worth and humanity of the people we serve, partnering with them to effectively navigate the system.
