People on Sunday
About the event
Five young Berliners while away a Sunday by flirting, joking and arguing while traversing the city. Siodmak, Wilder and their collaborators teased out the film in cafes and bars, determined to forge something true. The launchpad for multiple talents who would go on to loom large in Hollywood, this time capsule of both Weimar Berlin and the creative energy of its inhabitants continues to enthral and delight.
