Parque & Pose Morning Yoga Session
About the event
Join us for a morning yoga session at Parque Eduardo VII, 9am. We'll do an ashtanga-inspired vinyasa practice, with some breathwork and relaxation to close — a great way to start the day feeling energized and focused. All levels welcome. Bring a mat and water. 💶 €5 per class, paid after the session (cash or bank transfer)
