Gault & Millau Gourmet Fair 2026
About the event
Around 110 award-winning chefs and 100 wineries from all over Austria (and neighboring countries) will gather in Vienna on September 12 and 13 for the 2026 Gault & Millau Gourmet Fair. This year, the event will once again take place at the Ottakringer Brewery. Visitors can sample everything from award-winning traditional pub cuisine to creative avant-garde dishes. Representing Vienna’s top gastronomy scene are, among others: Paul Ivic from the vegetarian restaurant Tian Sören Herzig from Restaurant Herzig Konstantin Filippou from Restaurant Konstantin Filippou Clara Aue from Restaurant Heu & Gabel Parvin Razavi from Restaurant &flora All the big names from the other federal states are also represented - from Lukas Nagl of the Bootshaus on Lake Traunsee to Andreas Döllerer from Golling near Salzburg. For visitors, this is a unique opportunity to experience such a lineup of top chefs gathered in one place. The admission price includes unlimited tastings of all beverages and dishes prepared by the award-winning chefs.
