Cultural historian Gavin Plumley unlocks the world of Ferdinand Georg Waldmüller. Placing the paintings currently on display in our exhibition Waldmüller: Landscapes in their historical and social context, these talks explore the reality behind Waldmüller's dazzling realism. Repeated twice across the evening, these talks are an introduction to one of Austria’s greatest painters.
