This is a social event first. The jog gets the conversation started, and the cafe afterwards is where the real hangout happens. Think of it as a light morning activity (ちょい朝活) — something to come back to, not a one-off. First time joining? 🌿 Group size is capped at 6–8 so everyone actually gets to talk. That's also why spots go fast. 🌿 The jog is 1.5–2.0 km at a talking pace.
