DANGER: DIABOLIK
About the event
“A delightfully outlandish comic strip directed by the master of the Italian B movie. Part James Bond parody, part Feuillade serial … but from time to time it also hits a high note of fantasy worthy of Cocteau.” —Time Out Italian genre specialist Mario Bava brings his technical mastery and trademark moody lighting to an adaptation of the European superhero/thief comic series Diabolik. Heists, chases, and an underground lair: It’s all here and it’s so cool.
