Join Us For a Free Course | Hobby Roasting Roasting Basics with IKAWA We’re opening the doors to the African School of Coffee for our Open Day, with free training sessions running throughout the day.Roasting Basics with IKAWA is an introduction to what happens between green coffee and the coffee you eventually brew. Using the IKAWA sample roaster, the ASC training team will take you through the fundamentals of roasting, how heat changes coffee, and how different decisions during a roast can influence what you taste in the cup.No roasting experience is needed. Come curious, see the process up close, and get a better understanding of one of the most important stages in coffee.
