Is this your event?About the event
Good Morning Everyone,
I'm super excited to announce that Session 1 will be held on Tuesday evening, at 7:00pm, (hopefully) at the Sketchbook Brewing Co. Taproom!
I will be posting the Quest Hook promptly on the group discord. Here is the link for anyone who hasn't yet joined: [D&D for Adult Beginner's Discord](https://discord.gg/EWgjFnPcm)
I would ask that those who sign up please confirm that you're able to make it, and that once the event has filled up, that you have your character sheets ready. I'll be reaching out to those who've signed up individually to request a link, scan, picture, etc. to make sure that the character sheet is filled out accurately, and to clear up any questions or points of confusion. Without further ado, I'll paste the quest hook below:
*"At first, we weren't so bothered. We had thought that God came across this place and decided to steer it towards the light. First there were the disappearance of muggers, then the drunkards, then the heathens... but once a child had disappeared, we knew we were led astray" - Lorenzo de Urgate*
San Miguel, a refuge for those seeking new beginnings, a place where days of work are long and slow, yet the streets of San Miguel compensate by coming alive by lamplight, the settlement's heart beating steady with the pulse of musicians. All is well, until it isn't. Drunken stupors and lighthearted revelry are now silenced by what eerie aura haunts and spreads amongst these narrow alleyways, and wide streets. Whether someone will get to the bottom of what ails this settlement is up to you - will you bring back the peace of mind to the people of San Miguel?
Thank you to everyone for your patience, it's been a good bit of time developing and organizing everything, can't wait to get into the motion of things, stretch those D&D muscles, and get everyone on board with playing a bit of this beloved game. Can't wait to see everyone!
P.S.: I've emailed Sketchbook Brewing Co. in hopes that we don't run into another comedy night or something of the like, so for the time being, Sketchbook Brewing Co. is tentative unless proved otherwise.
