Mini Yoga Retreat: Hike, Picnic & Yoga @Repulse Bay

Dear Yogis,
We'll celebrate the Day after Mid-Autumn Festival with a fun outing including light hiking, beach yoga, a picnic, and moon & stargazing.
Please see below for the itinerary: ● Meet at Admiralty Station Exit C1 (street level) at 3:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to greet the group; we will leave at 3:00 p.m. sharp. ● A mostly shady forest hike of about 1.5 hours, with beautiful views along the way. ● Beach yoga by 5pm ● Lounging, swimming, social time, and a relaxed picnic on the beach (bring your own food or buy something nearby).
The event is free to join. All you need to do is ● Bring your own yoga mat or beach towel ● Small towel to assist with stretching ● Wear comfortable outfit ● Welcome to bring leftover moon cakes or dessert to share if you wish ● Bring reusable containers and cutlery for sharing food and reducing plastic waste.
🩷 If you cannot attend the event, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before events. So others have the chance to join. No show or late cancellation (24 hour before event starts) will be banned from future yoga outing

🙅NOT GOING🙅♂️ If you have signed up for a session and can no longer make it, please move yourself to "Not Going" so our leaders have a more accurate count of participants coming to their session. This also helps us plan workouts more effectively.
