Fern’s Hidden Winter Garden
About the event
Tucked into Level 2 of Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins, three private botanical conservatories offer an intimate escape for groups of four to six guests, filled with lush plants, fairy lights and thoughtful touches.
As the garden turns to spring, long leisurely brunches take centre stage, with blue skies, sunshine and a new signature spring cocktail. Set menus bring shared entrées, plated mains and shared desserts, with oysters, wagyu rump and chocolate fondue among the highlights. Add a Laneway Board, artisan cheese selection or cheese and chocolate fondue to any session.
Pair it with Giant Steps wines or a theatrical tableside serve from Little Lon Distilling Co.
Gather your favourite people: still the best seat in Melbourne, now blooming into spring.
