NOTE: You only need to register ONCE to secure your seat in all 6 sessions.
Join us for this six-session programme to explore the SilverPad app and experience fun and interactive activities designed specially to help you age better. Each week will feature targeted activity conducted at a gradual, easy-to-follow pace.
• Weeks 1 & 2: Build tech confidence by learning basic SilverPad functions and playing multiplayer games
• Weeks 3 & 4: Improve mobility and dexterity through games that strengthen hand-eye coordination
• Weeks 5 & 6: Enhance cognitive function with brain-training and memory games

As the sessions build on one another, you are encouraged to attend all six sessions to fully benefit from the programme. All necessary equipment will be provided.
