Somatic Workshop - Boundaries, Pleasure & Connection
About the event
Somatics group sessions **"Somatic Lab"** is an experiential somatic workshop in Lisbon exploring embodiment, body awareness, boundaries, pleasure, authentic relating, connection and nervous system awareness. I practice **Somatic Relating** \- an approach that offers a space to explore yourself through connection with others\. There is no "right" way to be or relate\. Instead\, the space is guided by curiosity\, support\, and the exploration of what genuinely works for you\, helping you experience yourself more fully and embrace the richness of being alive together\. **Participation** Donation (if you enjoyed the event and would like to support my work, the suggested min. is €10) **Theme - Boundaries and Pleasure** At our next somatic workshop, we'll continue exploring boundaries, connection, pleasure, and the ways we receive and offer it. Through the body, attention, and gentle interaction, we'll explore our impulses, notice our "yes," "no," and "I need a moment," and become more aware of sensitivity, trust, and presence in contact. We'll explore how boundaries and pleasure aren't opposites - they often support each other. Feeling safe enough to notice and express our boundaries can also make it easier to experience genuine pleasure and connection. **Place** Studio in Lisbon - to be announced **Time / Duration** 1pm / 2 hours **\*Places are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot!** **\*\*If we haven't practiced together before, I'll ask you to join a brief video call before a meeting so we can align expectations and I can get a better sense of your experience with somatic or similar practices.**
