Inspired by the changing seasons of each month, each session invites you to step away from the busyness of everyday life through gentle mindfulness practices and simple reflection prompts, thoughtfully complemented by insights from Chinese metaphysics. Together, these offer a fresh perspective on the month’s energies while encouraging greater awareness, intention and presence in daily life.
