Kundalini Workshop
About the event
In Person Only @ the San Francisco Dharma Collective 2929 24th Street, San Francisco
As the Moon waxes toward its fullest expression on August 29 in the sign of Pisces, its growing light invites us to refine, strengthen, and nourish what we wish to bring into full bloom. The Waxing Gibbous phase is a powerful time to prepare for the Full Moon by releasing stagnation, cultivating vitality, and aligning with our highest intentions.
Since Friday is a day traditionally associated with the planet Venus, this gathering also carries the gentle energy of love, beauty, harmony, and embodied nourishment. Venus reminds us that true radiance begins from within and that caring for our bodies, honoring our hearts, and tending to our inner landscape is a sacred act of self-love. When we nourish ourselves from the inside out, we naturally become more vibrant, magnetic, and deeply connected to life.
In this special Kundalini Yoga workshop, we will practice "To Build Up the Glandular System and Inner Organs," a powerful kriya that stimulates the glandular system, supports the liver and digestive organs, and awakens the body's natural capacity for cleansing, renewal, and healing. Through dynamic movement, conscious breathwork, mantra, and meditation, we'll encourage the release of physical, emotional, and energetic stagnation while cultivating greater vitality and inner balance.
Our Gathering Will Include:
• Warm-up Exercises • Kundalini Yoga & Mediation • Channeled Messages + Tarot/Oracle Card Reading • Group Share + Journaling • Energy Healing (Optional for the individual participant)
Recommended Preparations:
• Bring journals, pens and paper for note making and journaling. • Tea & water are accessible to you for hydration
This event is supported by donations. When you attend, we ask you to pay What You Can (Recommended Sliding Scale is $35 - $55) No One Is Turned Away for Lack of Funds
