Try to avoid jeans, skirts, or any tight everyday outfits. * **What to Bring:** All essentials are available (yoga mat, cushion, small blanket, water and tea), please bring with you an eye mask or blindfold, notebook and pen, and water bottle. * **Diet:** For your wellbeing during the session, please avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand. Refrain from drinking alcohol the day before and the day after. * **Intention:** Before arriving, take a quiet moment to set an intention, something you’d like to release, invite into your life, or spend time reflecting on. * **Aftercare:** Try to keep the rest of your day light and unstructured so you can fully integrate the experience.
