Horner Park and 312 RiverRun Slow Walk

Horner Park has a beautiful nature trail along the Chicago River which is part of the 312 RiverRun from Montrose to Belmont Ave, car free!

This park looks different every time I go, with an ever-changing kaleidescope of native flowers! This a monthly event, on the first Tuesday.

We will meet at the Horner Park Field House on Montrose at 11 am. You can get there by the Montrose #78 or the Western #49.

We will walk south along the river, crossing the river on the pedestrian/biking Riverview Bridge and continue to Belmont. Then we will loop back to the field house.

Wear a sun hat, and bring a water bottle.
