👋 Hey guys! Twenty years ago, one television programme turned an ordinary suburban house into one of the most uncomfortable places imaginable. Now, Lance Oppenheim is taking us behind the cameras to revisit exactly what happened.

The film is set in 2006, taking us behind the scenes of the hugely successful To Catch a Predator, hosted by fame-hungry Chris Hansen. Hansen and his team stage hidden-camera sting operations, using online decoys to lure suspected sexual predators into a wired house. But as the show becomes a TV phenomenon, the production itself descends into moral decay.

THE MEETUP: The plan is to meet in town for a Sunday social before the film. Then afterwards, we’ll get together to share our thoughts, while it’s still legal, including our reviews and [Letterboxd](https://letterboxd.com/movieroadhouse/) scores. I’ll update the final details and exact times as we get closer to the date, so keep an eye on this page.
