Friendly Queers & Beers (Plus Karaoke) @ Central Station (Free Event)
About the event
🍻🌈 CENTRAL STATION SOCIAL – HOSTED BY KWASHIE 🌈🍻 Looking for a relaxed way to meet new people? Join us for a friendly Friday evening at Central Station, where the focus is on great conversation, making new friends, and enjoying a welcoming LGBTQ+ space. ✨ What to expect - 🍻 Relaxed social with LGBTQ+ people and allies - 💬 Chilled conversations in our semi-private upstairs area - 🍔 Grab a drink or something to eat if you fancy - 🎤 Optional karaoke later in the evening for anyone who wants to join in - 🤝 A welcoming atmosphere whether you come alone or with friends We begin the evening upstairs in a semi-private space, giving everyone a chance to chat and get to know each other. Later on, we usually head downstairs into the main bar as the venue gets livelier and the karaoke begins. You're welcome to sing, cheer others on, or simply continue socialising—it's entirely up to you. First time coming? No problem! Just ask for Kwashie when you arrive. Even if he's chatting with someone, come and say hello—he'll happily introduce you to people and help you settle in. Please RSVP if you can. It helps give others the confidence to come along and lets us know roughly how many people to expect. We also recommend joining our WhatsApp community to hear about this and our other LGBTQ+ London events. Our events are free to attend and are supported by optional donations, which help cover the running costs of the community and keep events free for everyone.
