Holistic Living- Exploring 7 Dimensions
About the event
Our first meeting will be an introduction to the Seven Dimensions of Holistic Living and the idea that our well-being is shaped by several interconnected areas of life: friendships, romantic relationships, vocation, responsibilities, recreation and pleasure, spirituality and meaning, and physical health.
We’ll explore how these dimensions influence one another, reflect on which areas of our own lives are thriving or could use more attention, and consider whether strengthening one area can create positive changes in others.
This will be an open, interactive, and collaborative discussion rather than a lecture. We’ll share ideas, challenge and expand the model together, and explore some practical ways to create more balance, fulfillment, connection, meaning, and pleasure in our everyday lives.
No preparation or particular philosophy is required—just come curious, open-minded, and willing to participate.
