This meditation take place in the beautiful space of the Vienna Atelier of Traditional Art on the second Friday evening of every month🌿
Inspired by practices of eastern spiritual traditions (e.g. Qigong and TaiJi) we explore and connect during this evening several facets of our human experience:
• Effortless movement and sensing deep into the inner field of the body
♒︎ Breathing consciously and chanting mantras or medicine songs
ॐ Guiding attention to release and rest in the open space of awareness
