🌇 GOING OUT IS EASY. MEETING PEOPLE ISN'T ALWAYS. You can walk into a busy bar on a Saturday night surrounded by people and still leave without speaking to anyone new. That's exactly why we do Fast Friends differently.
Join us at Barouv Rooftop Bar on Saturday, 24 October for a relaxed evening where you don't have to figure out how to meet people — we'll guide you through it. You just show up. We'll take care of the introductions. ❤️

🤝 JUST SHOW UP — WE'LL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE EVENING When you arrive, your host Shelly will welcome you and help you get settled in. Once the hosted experience begins, you won't be left wondering: “Who am I supposed to talk to?” “Should I go and introduce myself?” “What do I even say?” You'll be guided through short Fast Friends rounds, where you'll naturally meet different people throughout the evening. We'll use themed conversation activities, questions and simple group challenges to give everyone an easy reason to start talking. You don't have to be particularly outgoing. You don't have to come with a big group. You don't even need to know anyone beforehand. Just turn up — we'll help you meet people.
💬 A DIFFERENT KIND OF SOCIAL EVENT Most social events give you a room full of people and leave you to figure out the rest. Fast Friends is different. The experience is hosted. You'll be guided from one conversation to the next, giving you the chance to meet several different people rather than spending the whole evening talking to the person standing next to you. The activities aren't complicated. They're simply there to make that first conversation easy and natural. By the time you've finished a few rounds, you've already done the hardest part: You've started talking.

If you've met people you'd like to keep chatting with, stay and enjoy the rest of the evening together.
👋 COMING ALONE? THAT'S FINE. You don't need to find someone to come with you. Many people come alone because they're specifically looking to meet new people. And that's what makes the format work. You arrive not knowing anyone. We help you start the conversations. You leave knowing people you didn't know before.
🕗 THE EVENING 8:00 PM — Welcome & Check-in Meet Shelly, settle in and get comfortable. 8:30–9:30 PM — FAST FRIENDS Guided conversation rounds and themed activities designed to make meeting different people easy and natural. 9:30 PM onwards — OPEN SOCIALISING The hosted part finishes. Stay, grab another drink and continue chatting with the people you've met.
👥 WHO'S IT FOR? Ages 21–45 Locals, expats, professionals, internationals — and anyone who'd like to expand their social circle. Some people will come with friends. Some will come alone. Either way, you'll have a simple way to start meeting people. And just to be clear: this is a social event, not a dating event.
