Open Coffee Lisbon #52 - at Folklore Cafe
About the event
Open Coffee Lisbon is back, and this month we're gathering at ForkLore! These videos show the two routes from the street level to the venue. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/hpPwrXcwNpU https://www.youtube.com/shorts/l18Q649nl7Q
Join us on September 29th for Lisbon's friendliest informal networking event. Whether you're an entrepreneur, a freelancer, a student, an expat, or simply someone who loves meeting interesting people, this is your chance to connect with the city's startup and business community. What is Open Coffee? It's an "un-meeting" — no speaker, no agenda, no formalities. Just people who want to help each other. Here's how it works: · We meet at 9:30 sharp · Everyone gets 1-2 minutes to share: · Who they are and what they're working on · What they need (a co-founder, a client, feedback, a mentor...) · How they can help others · After about an hour, the hosting stops and you're free to talk with the people who interest you most Why come? You might find a mentor, an investor, a client, a co-founder, an employer, or a new friend. You might just find the inspiration you've been looking for. Everyone is welcome — and we especially love first-timers. The details: · When: September 29th, 9:30 AM · Where: ForkLore · Cost: a minimum of 1 consumption at the bar. More than just coffee — join the ForkLore community Open Coffee is just one of the ways ForkLore brings people together. Throughout the week, we also host: · Acoustic Jam Session — every Monday 19h30 · Language Exchange — every Wednesday 19h30 · Board & Card Games — every Sunday 19h Come as you are. Listen if you're shy, speak if you're ready. Either way, you'll be glad to meet you.
We start at 09:30 AM sharp. Everybody gets up to 2 minutes to present:
1. Who they are and what they are doing 2. What they want 3. How they can help others
At 10:30 AM we stop hosting and you can talk to people who are most interesting to you.
