Angel Island History Walk

Join Bea and The Sweeps Hiking Group for a history walk on Angel Island on Monday, July 27, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The group will meet at the San Francisco Ferry Building by 9:00 AM to catch the 9:25 AM ferry to the island, where they will explore historic sites including the immigration center, Camp Reynolds, and Fort McDowell. The hike covers an easy 3+ mile scenic loop on wooded trails at a slow pace, with a stop for lunch at picnic benches; a $5 entrance fee to the museum (open 11:00-2:00)
