The evening will feature Borgogno’s complete 2021 collection, led by three exceptional single-vineyard Barolos: Fossati, Liste and Cannubi. The 2021 vintage is being hailed as one of the great modern Barolo years, praised for its combination of structure, freshness, energy and long-term potential. It has inevitably drawn comparisons with the exceptional 2016 vintage—and this dinner gives us the opportunity to put that comparison into the glass. We will serve Borgogno Liste Barolo 2016 alongside the newly released 2021 Liste, providing a rare side-by-side look at the same historic cru across two benchmark vintages.
