CHOCOLATE Kintsugi: A Mindful Edible Art Experience

Looking for something creative to do in Toronto that doesn’t involve another crowded bar, another screen, or trying to make something “perfect”?

Chocolate Kintsugi at QUEST XO offers a slower, more reflective take on chocolate painting in Liberty Village.

Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, guests begin by painting a handcrafted chocolate canvas with edible paints.

Then comes the unexpected part:

You break it on purpose.

The pieces are repaired with shimmering 24k edible gold, turning the cracks into part of the artwork instead of something to hide. It’s creative without being competitive, thoughtful without becoming too serious, and a great excuse to spend a couple of hours doing something with your hands.
