This is a new online community series taking place every other week, created to help better understanding burnout and connect with peers. Whether you are currently experiencing burnout and looking for support, or simply wondering if what you are going through might be burnout, this space is for you.

As a psychotherapist and burnout specialist, Corina brings deep professional expertise, enriched by her own lived experience of burnout and recovery. She will help us explore the realities of burnout, recognise what we may be experiencing, and better understand what recovery can look like.
