About the event

In this world of disposables, embrace sustainability and creativity while learning a new skill. Restore cherished objects with gold joinery and take home a piece of art that embodies resilience and beauty.

In this transformative kintsugi class, you will delve into the art of modern Japanese pottery restoration and learn how to mend broken ceramics using contemporary materials. You will also explore the ethos of Kintsugi, celebrating the history and flaws of each object.

Using epoxy glue and modern materials that simplify the process, you will gain an understanding of the traditional Kintsugi technique and follow a step-by-step guide to create your own masterpiece.
