🌱 Join the Austin Vegan Association and the Veganistas of First UU for an inspiring afternoon with Austin-area health advocate, educator, and podcast host Lauren Bernick!
In 2015, Lauren was diagnosed with coronary artery disease. Through a whole-food, plant-based diet, she completely reversed her diagnosis, lowered her blood pressure, lost weight, and regained her energy. Today, as host of the Age Like a Badass Mother podcast, she interviews plant-based doctors, longevity experts, and everyday people who are thriving and aging well. In this special talk, Lauren will share her personal health journey alongside key lessons from her conversations with leading health experts.
Whether you are a longtime vegan, veg-curious, or simply interested in vibrant health and longevity, all are invited!

• 1:00 PM: Presentation by Lauren Bernick, followed by Q&A
