An Evening of Gratitude

It's easy to move through our days on autopilot, focused on what's missing, what's next, or what could go wrong. Gratitude is about pausing and noticing the good that's all around us... the people, moments, and small things we too often take for granted. An Evening of Gratitude will feature reflection and conversational exercises that will cultivate cheerful vibes and the motivation to nurture more positivity in our everyday lives.
