Just Walk Lisbon is a small walking group for women who want to build a consistent, healthy walking habit in a calm and supportive environment. The focus is on *gentle accountability* and *repetition* — joining regularly, as your schedule allows, to make walking a simple and sustainable part of your weekly routine.
This walk follows a calm riverside route starting with Passeio do Tejo and continuing along the Percurso Ribeirinho de Loures — a quiet, open stretch with wide views and fresh air. There are always people walking, jogging or cycling on the route, but never crowded.
Typical structure:
• Route: circular walk along the river, starting and ending at the same point,
• Duration: about 80 minutes
• Distance: about 6 km
• Pace: brisk but comfortable (\~4-5km/h)

We will aim to start at 19:00, and be back by 20:30.
What to Bring:
• Comfortable walking shoes,
• Apropriate clothes, sunscreen, depending on the weather,

Other considerations:
• There is no cafeteria or toilet on the route, just at the meeting point
• If you would like a toilet visit or to order a coffee to go before we start, please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier.
