Framework to Action: Skills-First Workshop for Union Leaders and Employers

Hosted by the Institute for Adult Learning, this interactive workshop brings union leaders and employers together to explore skills-first practices. Scheduled from 12pm to 4pm, the session includes registration and lunch followed by facilitated discussions on worker experiences and organizational needs. Participants will identify practical actions to strengthen workforce outcomes through real workplace settings.
