Join MACS for the ‘Votes for Women! Suffragettes at Bow Street and Beyond’ Theatrical Walking Tour by Herstorical Tours on Sunday 13 September! 💜💚🤍
Let Maria from Herstorical Tours transport you back to Edwardian London to retrace the footsteps of the Suffragettes as they marched, preached, fought, smashed, burned and bombed their way to getting women the vote.
From Westminster to Covent Garden, revisit the locations where the Suffragettes held protests, were arrested, and even where they staged some more…creative stunts 👀
Meet the lesser known characters and see their incredible stories brought to life on this fun, theatrical walk!

MEET DETAILS for Sunday 13 September:
☕️ FROM 10:30AM: MEET AT WESLEY’S CAFE (optional) Address: Central Hall Westminster, Storey's Gate, London SW1H 9NH Look out for the MACS sign on the café table.
🥾11AM: WALK STARTS Address: Parliament Square, London SW1P 3JX *Exact location provided by Herstorical Tours via email prior to the walk.*
We’ll only be going for the guided walk, but if you’d like to visit the Bow Street Museum yourself afterwards, choose the ticket option for that.
🍻 1:20PM ONWARDS: PUB SOCIAL (optional) We'll head to a local pub to chat over drinks! Address: *Location tbc 48 hours before event.*
