The End of the CV: Agentic Hiring in Practice

Hiring runs on the same artifact everywhere: a CV and a job post, mined by dozens of tools doing the same shallow match.

The candidate never gets a say in how they're represented. The company never really sees what they're screening for. Agentic hiring changes the shape of that exchange. When both sides show up with an agent instead of an artifact, screening stops being something companies do *to* candidates and becomes something both sides do *with* each other. A professional's agent and a company's hiring agent exchange calibrated signals directly.

We'll spend 90 minutes with Dana Onofriesei — former VP Engineering at Trustpilot (she scaled fake-review detection through IPO), now building Tend, the agent-to-agent hiring layer — pulling this apart and trying it live.

What we'll cover

• Why CVs are running out of signal • What it means to calibrate instead of screen • Hands-on: shaping how your own agent would represent you • Live: putting an agent to a real test on Tend, and seeing what comes back
