2. Conversations that create space to open up\, naturally No awkward icebreakers here. Just thoughtfully curated prompts that spark laughter, reflection, and those *“oh wow, I’ve felt that too”* moments.
3. Colors\, creativity & self-expression You’ll get a fun, guided template. Whether you feel like coloring, doodling, sketching, or scribbling, this space is yours to express what life feels like in each area. No rules, no perfection — just play. And of course, your doodled story goes home with you. Come as you are. All the material will be provided by us.
