🌿 Brunswick Morning Walk & Turkish Brunch ☕
📅 Sunday, 8 November 2026 📍 Project Turkish Cafe, 80 Dawson St, Brunswick VIC 3056 ⏰ Meet at 8:45 am — walking starts at 9:00 am sharp! Join us for a morning walk and good company, followed by an optional Turkish brunch! Come along for the walk only or stay for both. 😊
🌳 THE WALK We’ll start and finish at Project Turkish Cafe, with a route through Royal Park and Princes Park. We’re planning approximately 2 hours of walking, returning around 11:00 am. You’re welcome to walk at your own pace. The group may spread out, and we won’t necessarily stay together or stop to regroup. Please familiarise yourself with the route and be comfortable finding your way back independently. Please arrive at 8:45 am so we’re ready to leave at 9:00 am. Allow extra time for travel and parking. Bring water, comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen and weather-appropriate clothing.
🤝 A FRIENDLY NOTE This is an informal social event organised by a volunteer. Please keep expectations relaxed and be patient if plans need to change. Everyone is responsible for their own safety, belongings and decisions about whether the walk suits their abilities. The organiser cannot supervise everyone or guarantee anyone’s safety.
🍳 BRUNCH After the walk, we’ll head back to Project Turkish Cafe for an optional brunch, planned for 11:00 am.
✅ PLEASE CONFIRM WHEN YOU RSVP: • WALK ONLY • WALK + BRUNCH Only confirmed brunch attendees will be included in the reservation. If your plans change, please update your RSVP and let me know. Looking forward to a lovely morning together! 😊
