Before you know it, another week has gone by.
When you're constantly exposed to information from work, social media, and other sources every day,
you can lose sight of **"your true self"**.
Why not create time once a week to face yourself?

🌱 What is Journaling?
Journaling is "the habit of dialoguing with yourself through writing".
It's a time to take the thoughts in your head and write them out on paper to organize them.
During journaling, you put your phone away for a forced digital detox!
The themes follow the order: future → past → present.
First, you envision your ideal future. Once you know your destination, you can see the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, and it becomes clear what you should value.
Examples:
1 What kind of person do you want to be one year from now?
(Work, relationships, health, money, hobbies, etc.)
2 In your ideal life, what value do you cherish most?
3 What advice would your ideal self give to you now?
Next, you reflect on the past week. By organizing what went well, areas for improvement, and lessons learned, you can objectively confirm where you stand.
Examples:
1 What was the most joyful thing or growth you felt last week?
2 What do you think you could have improved last week?
3 What lessons from last week's experiences do you want to apply this week?
Finally, you think about how to spend this week. Connecting your ideal future with last week's experiences, you decide on "small steps you can take now".
Examples:
1 What do you want to value most this week?
2 What small step can you take this week to get closer to your ideal future?
3 When this week ends, what would it look like to think "that was a good week"?
