SOUL SUNDAY with Shannan Hale is a complimentary afternoon of wellness, play, and real connection for women, taking place on August 2, 2026, from 5–7 PM at Evolve Social Wellness, 7010 State Hwy 71 Ste 185, Austin, TX. Activities include red light therapy, cold plunge, sauna, massage chairs, and vibrational beds. Attendees should wear a swimsuit underneath comfortable clothing and bring sandals, a water bottle, and a completed waiver. Registration is required and currently has a waitlist.
