Dance-Theatre Workshop

Led by Lilian Domingos, the work develops through deep bodily awareness, using improvisation to break mechanical patterns. Through theatrical exercises and movement investigations, participants learn to inhabit space with intention, employing weight, tempo, and silence as narrative tools. A pause carries the force of a shout; a simple walk holds the intensity of an entire monologue. A collective and vulnerable environment where the everyday becomes art. The workshop fosters individual authorship, enabling each person to discover their own aesthetic signature.
