We really appreciate your cooperation. • RSVP is required to attend the event, as we have limited seats. • Provided that there are fewer than 6 participants, including the event host, on the event day, we may cancel the event. In such a case, participants will be informed through DMs. • As seating for the event is limited, RSVPs may be adjusted to maintain a balanced group (e.g., nationality, gender) and ensure a smooth international exchange.
