Welcome to The R&B Aerobics + Karaoke Brunch, a joyful wellness experience from The Diva Network. This beginner-friendly workout blends R+ B music, Live DJ vibes, brunch, and open mic karaoke into a celebration of movement, music, and community. The aerobics can be done seated or standing, making it perfect for anyone who has struggled to find a fitness routine that actually sticks. Everyone who has tried it says the same thing: “That was fun, and exactly what I needed to jumpstart my fitness.” If you’ve been looking for a way to move your body that feels supportive, musical, and joyful, this space was created for you. Join us in person for a fun-filled day, where we mix R+B vibes with rhythm walking (or bopping). Then we break open the Patti LaBelle Cookbook and serve up some chicken, mac and cheese, sautéed shrimp, spinach dip, and MIMOSAS. Mingle with new friends and vibe to the monthly DJ set curated for our diva of the month.
