InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto presents the inaugural Heritage & Vine: Under the Atrium Dinner Series at Alluvial Restaurant – an elegant experience pairing exceptional Australian wines with refined seasonal cuisine beneath the hotel’s iconic glass atrium. The evening begins with canapés on arrival, followed by a curated four-course menu by Executive Chef Charlie Song, each dish expertly paired with premium wines. A winery ambassador guides guests through each pour, sharing insights into provenance and craftsmanship. Set within the grandeur of the Winfield and Rialto buildings, this exclusive event launches a monthly series through to November, each showcasing a new leading winery and seasonal menu.
